Should the need arise for you to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your service, we kindly request a 50% payment of your service charge to secure your new appointment. In the event of a missed appointment, whether due to tardiness exceeding 15 minutes or non-attendance, we also require a 50% payment of your service charge before rescheduling.
